Winter's Yearning

After encountering a fierce snowstorm during a walk through the woods, Iulia is suddenly transported to the realm of the Fae. With no way back until the Faes' Festival of Winter's Yearning is finished, she finds herself under the care of the Queen of Fae's three closest advisors. Through the Festival and her new companions, Iulia becomes caught up in the adventure, romance, and mystery of the Fae.

Iulia: You, the main character. When she was a child, she was taken in by her adoptive grandmother after she was found wandering in the woods. Now, after a getting caught in a snowstorm in those same woods, she's been transported to the realm of the Fae.

Esmel: a knight errant in the realm of Fae. Earnest, chivalric, and kind. She would fit right into the legends you were told as a child—if it weren't for her misconceptions about human culture.

Aireen: a diplomat in the realm of Fae. Perceptive, quick-witted, and realistic. She seems to know a lot about the human realm, which belies a secret about the nature of the Fae.

???: a strategist in the realm of Fae. Intelligent, cynical, and introverted. While she shows an interest in human technology, she seems deeply distrustful of Iulia.

Amory: the queen of Fae. Instead of locking you up until the borders between realms can be opened, she allows you to experience the Festival of Winter's Yearning under the watch of her three closest advisors.

Grandma: Iulia's adoptive grandmother.
